My mission is to provide an individualized quality bodywork experience, while serving as a facilitator of healing through a body, mind and spirit connection that is relaxing, peaceful and healing. I am pleased and excited to see all of the positive changes that massage has made in the lives of my clients and look forward to introducing you to an AbsoluteZen experience. 

BIO 

I am a native of Southern California where I graduated from Mayfield Senior HighSchool.  I began giving massages to family members at a young age.  Then while attending Scripps College to receive a BA in Art and Architecture, I learned more specific massage techniques at a student health center workshop to reduce stress.  I applied these massage techniques with my grandmother after a stroke had left her arm immobile and saw improvement in mobility of her arm.  With this I was set on my path to learn more of the healing qualities of massage.  In 2003, I began my studies at the National Holistic Institute in the San Francisco Bay Area with a 720 hour program of integral studies for massage therapy techniques, energetic studies to balance energy flow, sciences and health education and continue with over 1,000 hours of ongoing education. I have also received an Attunment in Reiki and completed training at The Crystal Matrix for Trans-Crystal Therapy.  I work to encourage others to explore how therapeutic massage and bodywork, healthy living and exercise can enrich your life on many levels.
