Always a fun event with great music and a Zen Moment to relax.

We had an awesome day at the Los Angeles River Ride! Beautiful weather and great people.
It was great to have so many people take a moment to come by and have a massage.

 - I saw this image while giving massages at an advertising agency today that said, "Keep Life Simple". We can make things as complicated as we want but the most complex things can be real simple. Thank you for the inspiration to take a moment and let go complexity.
